Full-Spec Packaging Solutions for Powders and Granules
In the chemical and building materials industries, packaging for powders and granules faces common challenges: widely varying material characteristics, broad packaging specifications, and heavy-duty logistics. Whether it's PVC, soda ash, industrial salt, additives, and catalysts in the chemical sector, or cement, dry-mix mortar, putty powder, gypsum powder, and ceramsite in building materials — all require a full-chain solution that delivers both precise filling and efficient palletizing.
Sachet Packaging (20g – 5kg): For retail-ready or small-dose applications, we offer VFFS machines combined with auger filling, volumetric filling, or gravimetric weighing — flexibly adapting to various material characteristics. Optional features such as nitrogen flushing, vacuumizing, and static elimination effectively solve packaging challenges for oxidation-prone, moisture-sensitive, and dusty materials. Sachet specifications typically range from 20g to 5kg, widely used for additives, catalysts, instant powders, and more.
Heavy Bag Packaging (25kg – 50kg): 25kg and 50kg are the most mainstream packaging specifications in both chemical and building materials industries — and a core strength of our solution. In chemicals, PVC, soda ash, and industrial salt are typically packed in 25kg bags; in building materials, cement commonly uses 50kg bags, while putty powder and dry-mix mortar are available in both 25kg and FIBC options. We supply open-mouth bag packers and valve bag packers with gross-weight or net-weight dosing, ensuring a balance between per-bag accuracy and production efficiency. For materials with vastly different flow characteristics — from coarse aggregates to ultra-fine powders — we configure appropriate feeding mechanisms including gravity feed, screw feed, or pneumatic feed, delivering a tailored solution for every material.
Bulk Packaging (500kg – 1000kg FIBC): For high-volume shipments, FIBC (ton bag) packaging is the optimal choice, covering 500kg, 800kg, and 1000kg specifications. Widely used for soda ash, cement, ceramsite, gypsum powder, and more, our FIBC bagging stations feature automatic unhooking, densifying/deaeration, and weighing functions, ensuring filling accuracy and operational safety for bulk packaging.
Downstream Automatic Palletizing Systems: Whether sachets, heavy bags, or FIBCs, all products must withstand the logistics challenge. Our integrated automatic palletizing systems — using robots or high-level palletizers — neatly stack filled and sealed products onto pallets in pre-set patterns, then reinforce them with stretch hood wrapping to form stable, reliable pallet units. This not only drastically reduces manual handling labor, but also multiplies loading efficiency, directly cutting logistics costs for our customers. The entire line can also be equipped with online checkweighing, metal detection, and coding/traceability systems, ensuring end-to-end traceability from production to dispatch.
With ten years of packaging expertise in chemical and building materials, we deliver more than just individual machines — we provide complete turnkey engineering from material testing to production line commissioning. Making your packaging more precise, more efficient, and more reliable — saving up to 70% on labor costs.
