The CJSL50K single/double station screw weigher is consists of one set of horizontal screw filler, one set screw filler works together.Each station with one pair feeding screw, one big and one small used for keeping speed and accuracy,feeding by screw and weigh by load cell installed on bag clamping device.
It is special designed for powder, like putty powder,pigment powder,flour, starch powder, etc.
The 10-50kg heavy bag packaging machine equipped with bag storage bin, bag picking¢ering station, Pre-opening&bag feeding station, Bag feeding station, Bag clamping&filling mechanism, bag holding&vibrating station&sewing bag guide mechanism, three to one multifunction sealing sewing machine.

Working flow:
bag feeding on bag clamping device——Machine open the bags automatically——horizontal screw feeder discharge material into bag ——load cell checked target weight is arrived ,will give signal,filling stop——bags dropped down on belt conveyor and send to mulitifunction sealing sewing machine.
