This  machine  is  mainly  to  complete  putting  the  packaged  pouch  products  by  request  neatly into bag  .sewing  bag  out  of the  automatic  packing  process. And  realize  filling  small  bag  into bags automatically    .So     saving     manpower     ,material      and    financial      inputs    reducing production costs .Improving production efficiency .The unit is widely used in washing powder,salt ,seeds milk powder and other powder granular industries .It is the first choice for customers.

Production process:

1 . We need know how many pcs primary bags will be filled in one pp woven bag, then confirm secondary  packer  speed.  After       primary  bags  are   packed   in   pp  woven   bags  by  machine automatically ,the finished pp woven bags will be conveyed out by take off conveyor.

2.For secondary packaging (auto putting the primary bags into big pp woven bag):

Horizontal conveyor  belt for collecting the finished sachets  → slope arrangement conveyor

will make the sachets flat before counting → Acceleration belt conveyor will make the adjacent

sachets leaving enough distance for counting  → counting and arranging machine will arrange  the small sachets as requirement →     the small sachets will load into the pp woven bag which  opened by KYSP secondary packer →     KYSP secondary packer holding and moving the big bag to sewing machine for sewing and cutting automatically

Machine parts contact with salt bag are S.S304,others are made by S.S304+painted carbon steel+aluminum

Salt punches will be filled inside big bag orderly.

the electrical control cabinet to be full seal and anti-dust, will not allow any dust powder go inside the cabinet.

Adopts Siemens PLC, touch screen,Panasonic servo motor,SMC cylinders,Schneider electrical components,etc.
