This packing unit includes one set of horizontal connecting conveyor, one set of climbing conveyor, one set of LP1-S1 or LP1-S2 pouch baling secondary packing machine and one set of take-off conveyor.

This machine integrates the functions of bags feeding, conveying, bags filling, sewing, cutting,etc.

Working Progress:
a). Horizontal connecting conveyor will send the bags to climbing conveyor in a certain order;
b). Bags will be sent to LP1-S1 secondary packing machine by the climbing conveyor;
c). LP1-S1 packing machine automatically realize functions of bag-feeding, opening,filling, sewing, counting, cutting, etc.;
d). Finished bag automatically taking off.
