WinFong's staff will provide professional service to our customers throughout our collaboration and the whole product lifetime.

Pre-sales Service



Comprehensive communication on requirements will be done by WinFong team and customer to figure out customer's exact requirements, such as type of objective packing products, type of pouch, speed, capacity, installation size, etc.


For further confirm of packing requirement, customers can also visit our factory or we can send engineer abroad to have face to face meetings if necessary;


Technical department of WinFong will make a design drawing according to customer’s requirement, after customer confirm, WinFong offer a quotation according to this design drawing. customers will be asked to review them and give their feedback.


After discuss and adjustment , confirm the design drawing and quotation with customer


Finally a contract including all commercial terms and technical requirements will be signed by WinFong representative and customer.

After-sales Service


Step 1.                 

After machine production is finished , we will clean it, wrapping by plastic film and pack it by export standard plywood case for delivery

Step 2.

We can send machines from any sea port in China

Step 3.

We will provide documents to customer for clean custom and pick up machines, includes bill of lading, commercial  invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, etc.

Step 4.

We will remotely support for customers’ request by emails, telecalls and video calls at 7x24hrs, such as machines installation, issue analysis & solving and machines maintenance.

Step 4.

We can also send engineer to customers’ production line to support customers’ request on-site if necessary, such as machines installation, issue analysis & solving and machines maintenance.

Step 5.

We can offer additional spare parts with reasonable price and good quality to customers after machine warranty time out.
