This 1-5kg powder bag packaging machine is a latest machine developed by our company, four corners are added on the packaging bag based on vertical bag, making the packaging bag have a stronger spatial vision, nicer appearance and more attraction. This packaging unit consists of one set box type bag packing machine, one set weighing machine,one set bucket elevator ,one set platform and one set take-off conveyor, suitable for weighing packing granules ,such as coffee beans, nuts in box type bag.

Auger filler:

This machine equips with Panasonic Servo Motor, level switch and mixture motor automatic filling, controlled by packaging machine. Parts contact with material are made by Stainless Steel 304.

60L Split hopper for easy clearing;

With level sensor to control the powder automatic feeding;

Suitable packing material:Various types of heating sealable laminated films namely PE/BOPP, CPP/BOPP, CPP/PET, PE/NYLON, aluminum foil based can be run on the machine.

Working Progress:

Auto feeding elevator feeds material in buffer hopper of auger filler →auger filler will weighing and filling materials at target weight automatically → the vffs machine realize bag-making, filling, date printing, sealing, cutting, etc.→Take-off conveyor will convey out the finished bags automatically
