• Machine Introduction

• This four side seal packaging machine is the latest model developed by our company. By adding four corners to the traditional vertical bag, it creates a stronger three-dimensional appearance, making the final package more attractive and visually appealing.

• Equipped with an optional degassing valve applicator, this machine is ideal for coffee powder packaging. It can automatically weld one-way degassing valves onto the bags, effectively releasing carbon dioxide while preventing outside air from entering, thus keeping the coffee fresh for longer.

• This complete packaging line consists of a four side seal bag packing machine, a weighing machine, a bucket elevator, a platform, and a take-off conveyor.

  Advantages:

  Can connect with vent valve adding machine to add vent valves on bags to let air outlet automatically

  Four corners are added on the packaging bag based  on vertical bag, making the packaging bag have a stronger spatial vision,  nicer appearance and more attraction.

  This packaging machine adopts imported servo motor  for paper feed and the man-machine interface uses advanced touch screen,  making operation simpler and more convenient.

  All the electrical components and control components  adopt local and foreign well-known brands with reliable performance, such as  Siemens PLC and touch screen, Panasonic converter and servo motor, Schneider  and Omron electrical components, etc. Man-machine dialogue platform, both the  operator and debugging personnel can set parameters through the touch screen.

  This machine integrates bag-making, filling,  sealing, printing, punching and counting, valve-welding into one.
