• HBG-50 automatic granules heavy bag packaging machine 

• Introduce:

• The unit consists of 10-50kg servo weigher or linear weigher for weighing filling, automatic heavy bag packaging machine,multifunction sealing sewing machine,etc. For packaging 10-50kg granules in premade kraft paper bags,plastic bags,pp woven bags,etc.

• This machine unit consists of a bag storage compartment, a bag picking and sorting device, a bag loading robot, a bag clamping and unloading device, a bag holding and pushing device, a bag opening guiding device, a vacuum system, and a control system. Its features are as follows:

•  

• 1) Wide adaptability to packaging bags. The packaging machine adopts a bag-picking loading method, that is, a bag is picked from the bag storage compartment, the bag is centered and positioned, the bag is fed forward, the bag opening is positioned, the bag is pre-opened, the bag loading robot inserts its blade into the bag opening, and simultaneously, air grippers on both sides clamp the bag opening, and finally the bag is loaded. This bag loading method has low requirements for the dimensional errors of the packaging bag manufacturing and the quality of the bag itself, thereby reducing bag manufacturing costs.

• 2) The bag loading robot arm is driven by a servo motor, which has advantages over pneumatic robots, such as higher speed, smoother bag loading, no impact, and longer service life.

• 3) The bag clamping and unloading device is equipped with two microswitches at the bag opening position to detect whether the packaging bag opening is fully clamped and whether the bag opening is fully open. This ensures the packaging machine doesn't misjudge situations and prevents material spillage on the ground, improving its efficiency and the working environment.

• 4) All pneumatic components, such as solenoid valves, are sealed and not exposed, making them suitable for dusty environments and ensuring a longer equipment lifespan.
