Introduction:

This packing unit consists of one vertical vacuum packing machine for vacuuming and bagging ,one set linear weigher for weighing , one vertical bucket elevator for feeding ,one platform for supporting weigher and one conveyor for taking off the finished bags .It integrates functions of automatic bag-making, weighing, filling,vacuuming, sealing, printing, cutting . The advanced design has guaranteed this machine suits for different kinds of granules,like rice,beans,seeds,corns and other kind of solid granules. Its adjustment , operation and maintenance are very convenient.

Multiheadr weigher	This is multi-head combination weigher. Including center panel feeder, linear feeder, receive hoppers, weighing hoppers, discharge hopper etc.
	It is suitable for high speed weighing of granule, slice, roll or irregular shape products such as candy, seed, jelly, fries, coffee bean, peanut, puffy food, biscuit, chocolate, nut, yogurt, pet food & frozen foods, etc. It is also suitable for weighing small metal and plastic parts;

Working Progress:

Auto feeding elevator feeds material in buffer hopper of auger filler →multihead weigher will weighing and filling materials at target weight automatically → the vffs machine realize bag-making, filling,vacuum, date printing, sealing, cutting, etc.→vacuum machine shaping vacuum sealing the bags→Take-off conveyor will convey out the finished bags automatically
