• Machine Introduction

• Introduce:

• This unit consists of carton opening machine, cartons feeding roller type conveyors, carton filling machine, carton sealing machine,cartons taking out conveyor,etc.Used to secondary packing a certain number of primary bags in cartons automatically.

•  

• Working progress:

• 1. bags will be conveyed to the metal detector through the speed conveyor and the connection conveyor, these conveyors will change the bag conveying direction from vertical to horizontal and ensure the bags distance and the conveying speed;

• 2. the metal detector detect the bags if there is any metal inside,will reject the unqualified bags automatically, this machine is optional;

• 3. the shape arrangement conveyor will arrange the bags' shape flat and uniform and then bags will be conveyed to the inclined conveyor

• 4. bags will be conveyed to the automatic carton packing machine,at the same time, the empty cartons will be opened by the carton opening machine automatically, program control and make the bags and empty cartons arrive the right position at suitable time and then bags will filled in the cartons in the preset sorting order automatically ;

• 5. filled cartons will go through the vibration conveyor to the check weigher and the check weigher will check the carton weight automatically ,it own the automatic rejection function;

• 6. the cartons will be sealed and strapped automatically by the carton sealing machine and carton strapping machine;

• Advantages:

• The system driving adopted SEW servo motor ,bags will be filled in carton at the order customer preset

• Air driving system adopted the brand of AIRTAC and FESTO

• The electrical can be total distributed controlled

• And the system is using SIEMENS PLC & touch screen for machine control.

• Can equipped with carton sealing machine,metal detector,strapping machine,check weigher,etc.
