• This packing unit consists of one inclined packing machine for bagging ,one set multiheads weigher for weighing , one chain plate elevator for feeding , one conveyor for taking off the finished bags .It integrates functions of automatic bag-making, weighing, filling, sealing, printing, punching,  cutting and sealing into one. The advanced design has guaranteed this machine suits for cube ice, tube ice, crushed ice etc. Its adjustment , operation and maintenance are very convenient.

• Specifications:

• Multihead weigher:

  This is multi-head combination weigher. Including center panel feeder, linear feeder, receive hoppers, weighing hoppers, discharge hopper etc. It is suitable for high speed weighing of granule, slice, roll or irregular shape  products such as candy, seed, jelly, fries, coffee bean, peanut, puffy food, biscuit, chocolate, nut, yogurt, pet food & frozen foods, etc. It is also suitable for weighing small metal and plastic parts; *Load cell level sensor control material feeding; *No products Auto pause function can avoid material dropping out during Running; *The single linear feeder amplitude can be auto/manual adjusted will ensure the products easy-flowing with high accuracy; * Facility to maximize or minimize the operation angle to the size of the product; * Multi-language control panel, Spanish, Korea, German, French and Arabic, etc. * High accuracy and high speed modes can be select; * Options: Dimple Plate/Timing Hopper/Printer/Reject Device; *10/14/16 heads and 1.6L/2.5L/5L hopper can be chose.

  Inclined type VFS packing machine:

  PLC:Machine fully controlled by Siemens PLC. HMI:Capacity can automatic display on Siemens touch screen. Film pulling:Film transport system and horizontal jaw motion both can be drived by Panasonic servo motor. Molds change:Change former by pulling out the braket safely quickly. Film excursion correct:Japan Sunx Photoelectricity detect film position on collar to correct film excursion. Bag length control:Electric photo sensor inducting color code to control bag length. Film reel locking:Unique Pneumatic Film-Reel locking structure to avoid film drawing deflecting. Temperature control:Independent Omron temperature adjustment& code printing. Components:Schneider electric&Airtac pneumatic parts. Suitable packing material:Various types of heating sealable laminated films namely PE/BOPP, CPP/BOPP, CPP/PET, PE/NYLON, aluminum foil based can be run on the machine. Machine material:material contacted parts SUS304/SS316L,other parts carbon steel with paint/Aluminum. Special design:inclined type vffs packing machine can reduce filling distance a lot to avoid break the products.
