• The metal detector is connected with packaging machines, Widely used in automated production line inspection equipment in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, and chemicals; capable of detecting non-conforming products containing metals in the production line in real time.It will reject the unqualified product automatically.

• The detection sensitivity varies with different detection window height, and changes with the detected metal’s property, shape, detection environment and location of the test object;

• Conveyor belt speed: 25~40 m/min, or customized according to the requirement.

• This machine is suitable for the production and processing procedure of various industries as of food, plastic chemical engineering, textile, medicine, timber, etc.

• Working progress:

• Manual put bags on metal detector or bags conveyed to metal detector by conveyer→metal detector check the bags contains the metals or not and reject the unqualified bags automatically
