Machine Introduction

Introduce:

The ton bag packing machine is used for weighing filling 500kg to 1.2ton bulk materials ,inlcudes granules and powder in ton bags.

1. The KYT-2000K quantitative ton packaging machine is a metering control system composed of high-precision (0.02%) Toledo sensors and high-resolution control instruments, with high precision and good stability.

2. The self-discharging mechanism controls the thick and slow secondary feeding of the gate through the cylinder opening stroke.

3. Wide range of packaging, adjustable within the range of ≤2000kg. Can be applied to the packaging of large bags.

2. Structural principle

1. Feeding mechanism:

The self-discharging secondary cylinder is used to control the coarse and slow feeding of the gate.

2. Weighing rack:

The weighing frame is connected with the sensor to transmit the weight signal of the material to the electrical box, which controls the operation of the entire machine.

3. Electrical box:

The external signal and the signal of the sensor are transmitted to the electrical box, and the electrical box controls the start and stop of the feeding and the lifting of the cylinder through the programmed program.
