Introduction :

This machine line consists of one set of DT1 feeding elevator,one set of CJSL2000 Auger measuring machine , one set of paper bag packaging filling machine, one set of inkjet printer and one set output conveyor. Also can be equipped with one set heat shrink machine for shrink the finished bags.

Working flow:

Product lifting--bag-taking--Bag opening/filling---bag clamping---bag top gusset folding---Bag top over-long part trim&cut---glue spray&hotmelt for sealing---convey----heat shrink

Application:

This packing unit when equipped with auger filler  is used for filling and packing powdery production in paper bags, such as flour. If change dosing machine to cup filler, also can be used for packing sugar, salt in paper bags.

1.Screw elevator one set

Made by stainess steel 304, with 200L buffer hopper and lifting tube with screws inside, used for lifting the powder to the auto paper bag packing machine.Link work with level switch installed on auger filler,realize auto feed&stop.

2.Auger filler one set

Made by stainless steel 304, consists of hopper, mixer,filling screw, controlled by PLC, with touch screen for set&show parameters. Function is weighing filling powder at targe weight, co-work with auto paper bag packaging machine.

Machine actions controlled by cam,gripper controlled by vacuum chamber,machine works stable, finished bags nice and well sealed.
